Product Profile
EcoLan PVDF flat membrane element consists of a filter membrane, flow guide cloth, flow guide plate, and a suction port at the top of the flow guide plate. The activated sludge in the membrane tank is blocked outside the flat sheet membrane, and the filtered water is pumped out under negative pressure through the suction port. EcoLan flat membrane can be inserted and pulled out in a single sheet, which is easy to maintain and repair. In addition, its simple structure makes the surface of the membrane-less prone to scaling and mud formation during operation under the mixture of aeration airflow and sewage, ensuring the stable operation of the membrane in the wastewater treatment system.

Excellent Anti-Pollution Membrane Structure
EcoLan flat membrane elements are made of super-hydrophilic PVDF material, resistant to chemical cleaning, with a membrane pore size of 0.1 microns and a typical asymmetric structure belonging to surface filtration, low membrane resistance, and good operational stability. A more significant channel characterizes the asymmetric pore structure membrane under the membrane surface. When the particles flow through the membrane surface, the tiny particles pass through the membrane surface and easily pass through the membrane. In contrast, fluid flushing removes large particles from the membrane surface, so the membrane is not easily clogged.
Good Mechanical Stability
EcoLan flat membrane element has a non-woven fabric as the flow guide layer inside, an ABS plate of 3mm~5mm as the support layer, and a compound reinforcement layer. The membrane is firmly welded on the support plate. As a result, it has high strength and no filament breakage, so it is easier to adapt to the harsh environment and get high-intensity cleaning conditions while ensuring large water flux and high-quality effluent.
Long Life Span and Low Operating Cost
The average lifetime of EcoLan flat membrane is 5~7 years, so there is no need to replace the membrane sheet frequently, which significantly reduces the operation cost and ensures good operating conditions. In addition, the flat membrane has low damage and a low replacement rate due to its high-strength support layer, and we can replace the flat membrane in a single sheet, so the replacement cost is relatively low.
