Product Profile
EcoLan ultrafiltration membrane is a new generation of pollution-resistant PVDF hollow fiber membrane prepared by a proprietary hydrophilic modification process, which further enhances the membrane’s pollution resistance and decay resistance while maintaining high flux. It has excellent product performance to remove suspended solids effectively, colloids, and microorganisms in water, etc. EcoLan pressure ultrafiltration membrane adopts an external (outside-in) pressure structure, combined with our more than ten years of R&D and application experience in the membrane water treatment field, to achieve a seamless replacement with the most well-known brands.
Product Features
Simple Pretreatment
It is an external pressure type structure ultrafiltration membrane with an excellent flow channel, pulsating operation, broadening the feed water conditions, and a wide range of water quality applications.
Long Cleaning Cycle
Hydrophilic-modified PVDF membrane filaments have good pollution resistance, decay resistance, good chemical resistance, excellent chemical stability, and easy cleaning recovery.
Low Operating Cost
Hydrophilic-modified PVDF membrane filaments have a smaller contact angle with water and can quickly infiltrate. As a result, thorough cleaning and fewer chemicals demand. In addition, with a detachable structure design, we can reuse parts to save costs.
Long Service Life
Use high mechanical strength of membrane filament, flexible and no filament breakage, permanent hydrophilic, slow decay of flux, service life over five years.
High and Stable Water Production
With a homogeneous sponge structure, the narrow pore size distribution of membrane filaments, high filtration precision, high water production flux, and strong adaptability to changes in raw water quality.
