Product Profile
To facilitate industrial production and installation, improve the efficiency of hollow fiber membranes, and achieve the maximum membrane area per unit volume. Hollow fiber membranes are usually assembled in some form in a primary unit device to complete the separation of components in the mixture under a particular driving force. This type of device is called a hollow fiber membrane module. For example, the EcoLan membrane module is a submerged module suitable for MBR systems.

High contamination resistance
Internal support of modified PVDF material with nano-reinforcement technology provides excellent membrane surface permeability and permanent hydrophilicity.
Flexible membrane module area
We can customize the membrane module according to the treated water volume and the size of the membrane tank so the membrane area is flexible to meet the needs of different occasions.
Stable effluent performance
The uniform pore size of the membrane surface ensures good effluent quality with turbidity <0.5 NTU.
Long service life
PET braided tube supports PVDF membrane filaments >200N, no filaments breakage and no peeling, resistant to repeated air scrubbing and chemical cleaning, with good durability.
Modular design
The modular design of components, according to the different water production ranges, forms standard modular components, easy to process design and installation layout to achieve a single curtain replacement, and easy to disassemble.
