EcoLan ceramic flat membrane is a kind of inorganic membrane representing a new type of high-efficiency separation technology. It is a porous precision ceramic filtration membrane made of alumina, titanium oxide, zirconium oxide, and other materials through a unique sintering process, with asymmetric distribution of porous support layer, filtration layer, and separation layer, and filtration precision covering MF, UF, and NF. Ceramic membrane filtration is a fluid separation process called “cross-flow filtration.” Under pressure, the raw liquid flows in the membrane tube at high speed, and the clarified liquid containing small molecule components passes outward through the membrane. In contrast, the concentrated liquid containing significant molecule components is retained by the membrane so that the fluid can achieve the purpose of separation, concentration, and purification.

Long Service Life
Under normal conditions, the service life of EcoLan ceramic flat membranes can be more than 20 years.
High Operating Flux
Under MBR conditions, EcoLan ceramic flat membranes have a stable operating flux of more than 30 LMH.
Strong Pollution Resistance
a. Strong resistance to contamination and good membrane regeneration performance.
b. Performance can be restored by physical and chemical cleaning to maintain high flux for a long time.
c. It can be used with an oxidant to control membrane fouling.
