EcoLan array flat membrane is a new generation of the water treatment product. With a new corrugated membrane product as the core, it perfectly integrates the advantages of hollow fiber and traditional flat membranes, using advanced microwave texturing and homogeneous composite technology, a disruptive, innovative hybrid membrane. It has a small footprint, low energy consumption, high impact resistance, and simple disassembly and maintenance. It breaks through the limitations of hollow fiber membranes and traditional flat plate membranes, combining energy efficiency and reliable operation.

Membrane with Circular Support, Reducing Thickness and Weight
The advanced composite process overturns the design concept of conventional flat membranes and eliminates the expensive ABS plate, reducing the thickness of a single sheet from 7mm to 1.6mm. At the same time, the 1m2 membrane weighs only 0.84kg, significantly reducing the weight per unit membrane area and facilitating transportation and installation.
No Hair and Fiber Accumulation Due to the Sheet Structure of the Membrane
No hair entanglement, no need for offline cleaning, and online aeration can effectively remove slurry from the slit. In addition, a modular layered unit is easy to disassemble; we can even do offline cleaning without removing the membrane sheet.
Corrugated Surface Design, Strong Anti-Pollution Ability
The corrugated surface design increases the filling area, reduces the thickness of the membrane, and precisely controls the membrane spacing, making the center distance of the membrane less than half that of the traditional flat membrane. As a result, the filling density can exceed that of the hollow fiber membrane, which is more than twice that of the conventional flat membrane. At the same time, sludge and pollutants are not easy to adhere to and easy to fall off. In addition, the membrane is flexible and can vibrate at high frequencies to improve scrubbing efficiency and further control pollution.
Independent Water Production Channel, Super Self-Healing Function
Uniform independent channel design, and horizontal water accumulation technology, can be back washed. At the same time, it has a super self-healing function; even local damage can still meet the standard of water production to ensure effluent quality.
Low Operational Energy Consumption, Low Investment, Strong Stability
In large engineering projects, compared with hollow fiber membranes, the energy consumption of aeration at the bottom of the membrane tank is 30% less. Compared with traditional flat membranes, the energy consumption is 50%~200% less. Therefore, its investment cost is much lower than conventional flat membranes. Furthermore, its operation mode is compatible with hollow fiber membranes, with strong resistance to water impact load, which can effectively correspond to the operation of abundant water periods. And the flux of the low-temperature process is high, and below 10℃ can still run at 20LMH.
