EcoLan automatic suction-type self-cleaning filters rely on a set of sucking scanners that scan point by point along the inner surface of the filter screen to complete the self-cleaning process. When the filter is cleaned, the open drain valve is connected to the inside of the hollow suction scanner, creating a high backwash flow rate and a “vacuum” at the front of the suction nozzle. In this process, the filter cake on the inner surface of the filter screen is sucked off and discharged from the body.
Raw water flows in from the filter’s inlet, then passes through the fine screen from the inside and out of the filter outlet. During this process, impurities accumulate on the inner surface of the screen and form a filter cake. The gradual accumulation of the cake makes the pressure difference inside and outside the screen slowly increase. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value (0.5 bar) set by the pressure difference switch, the filter will start a self-cleaning process. The cleaning process takes about 30 seconds, and the system constantly flows during cleaning.

Stainless Steel Wedge-Shaped Filter Screen
Made of 316L stainless steel, the wedge-shaped filter screen has high porosity, high mechanical strength, and high filtration accuracy. The surface is challenging to block or clean easily (drilling mesh optional).
High Filtration Precision, Wide Range of Options
The highest filtration accuracy can reach 100μm, or we can customize higher precision according to customer requirements. Currently, there are 50μm ~800μm precision filters for customer choice.
Non-flow Backwashing, Minimal Water Consumption
The water consumption during cleaning is minimal, not more than 0.5% of the total flow, and the whole system has an uninterrupted water supply.
Compact Design, Long service life
Compact design, small footprint, high-quality raw materials carefully processed, reliable performance, each product is strictly tested before leaving the factory, with a service life of more than ten years under normal circumstances. In addition, the stainless-steel filter screen can be replaced independently and flexibly as needed.

Product Technical Parameters
The filter selection needs to specify the requirements of the use occasion, water filtration volume, required filtration precision, installation method, cleaning method, and water inlet pressure. Each model series can have various inlet and outlet diameters and different filter screen areas, so each string has the most applicable flow range. Under the condition that the model specification and caliber are determined, there is a big difference in the water output corresponding to different precision filters.
