High Strength

EcoLan reinforced hollow fiber membrane is a PVDF membrane with a support layer, which has high filament strength and can effectively avoid the problem of hollow fiber filament breakage.

No Peeling

EcoLan has a unique thermal mosaic technology, which makes the PVDF membrane and PET woven tube tightly bonded, so there is no peeling during operation.

High Flux Capacity

EcoLan's high-quality membrane manufacturing technology ensures that the filter skin layer is evenly coated on the support layer of the PET woven tube. As a result, it can achieve uniform pore size and high open pore rate with higher operating flux and effectively reduce the filtration difference.

Double-end Water Production

EcoLan reinforced hollow fiber membrane sheet adopts water production mode's upper and lower ends. As a result, it has higher flux and more uniform pollution load distribution than the traditional single-end water production membrane sheet. It can effectively reduce the transmembrane pressure difference and extend the operation cycle.

Strong Adaptability to Raw Water

EcoLan reinforced hollow fiber membrane sheet is highly adaptable to raw water quality and operates well under fluctuating raw water quality and temperature. As a result, it is suitable for surface water, groundwater treatment, reuse, sewage treatment, and other fields.

Support High-Pressure Water Backwashing

EcoLan reinforced hollow fiber membrane sheet can withstand higher intensity air scrubbing and hydraulic flushing, effectively avoiding the problem of sludge accumulation inside the membrane.

Special Root Protection

The joint between the hollow fiber membrane filament root and the casting layer is the most easily broken place. Therefore, EcoLan adopts unique elastic technology to realize the flexible connection between the root and the epoxy resin casting layer, eliminating the hidden problem of root breakage of hollow fiber membrane filaments.
